Broadcast License

The player is a crisis producer inside a corporate entertainment-stability system. The producer does not have separate HP, stress, and reputation bars. Survival is represented by available broadcast-license slots.

A schedule contract occupies one license slot while active. Completing the contract can release the slot and apply its route result, but future consumers read the release through License Slot Release Receipt rather than a bare free-slot count. Missing the contract folds it into a Blackout Incident, which continues occupying a slot and adds faction pressure or failure state.

Rule

If a forced main contract is offered while license_slots_free <= 0, the visible failure state is producer_deplatformed.
