Callback Carrier Collision Docket / 回叫承载撞车案卷

Callback Carrier Collision Docket is the visible card for a state where two or more valid callback, indemnity, notice, access, oxygen, or recovery rows try to use the same carrier as if that carrier were clean capacity.

The card exists because the current mesh can already create strong individual obligations through 救济回叫义务线, prove downstream consumption through 回叫消费证明线, and price recourse through 复原追偿搁架线. The new risk is narrower: a carrier may be asked to carry several rows at once, making one person, desk, proof window, or route asset silently absorb incompatible callbacks.

Creation rules

Create or update this card only from state pressure:

  • at least two live obligation rows exist, or one live row and one explicitly absent row must contest the same carrier;
  • each row has an owed reader, delayed obligation, and minimum service surface;
  • the carrier is visible or explicitly absent;
  • the player can sequence, split, substitute, publish, protect refusal, merge with named harm, quarantine, or default the collision;
  • at least one future route, reader, package, proof window, or broadcast-reality surface will consume the result.

The card must not be created by fixed turn count, fixed day/week interval, chapter quota, raw callback count, dashboard status, lens health, or generic staff fatigue.

What the card catches

This card catches false capacity where several correct systems accidentally share one carrier:

  • a fan oxygen callback and an access-caption settlement both assign the same public delegate;
  • a recovery indemnity shelf and a callback consumption review both assign the same worker witness;
  • an oxygen clawback stay and a sponsor afteruse row both try to cite the same proof window;
  • a caption class and fan mandate both need the same correction slot or public bulletin carrier;
  • a callback carrier is also the handler already burdened under 处理人负荷账本.
