Clearance Evidence Disposition Docket / 清场证据处置案卷

Clearance Evidence Disposition Docket opens when a later reader tries to spend a prior clearance as proof that a room, body, witness, proof bundle, public queue, route asset, or black-box fragment was safely handled.

The docket is invalid if it records only room cleared, security resolved, audit seal, edited out, or no witness present. It must separate the clearance operation from the removed evidence and from the reader who wants to consume the clearance.

Required Separations

• source_clearance_operation is the event or operation that cleared the space.
• cleared_body_or_evidence_or_absence is the object that could otherwise disappear.
• clearance_authority is who performed or authorized the clearance.
• requested_future_use is the new use.
• future_reader is the reader trying to spend the clearance.
• harmed_or_excluded_reader is the reader erased if the clearance becomes clean.

Valid Uses

Use this docket when:

• security clears a witness leak and later management cites the cleared room as public consent;
• a white-glove cordon removes proof and a lawful reader later cites the cordon as source custody;
• a saint or support-light calm clears panic, but fan/public readers still need a receipt;
• an editor masks a black-box fragment and later broadcast reality treats the room as clean;
• a route asset leaves through a cleared corridor and the gate later treats the path as universal access;
• sponsor or management claims an audit, caption, or crew clearance answered every harmed reader.

Invalid uses include generic crowd control, ambience, raw number of cleared rooms, or a closed room with no future reader.
