F-27 Interlock Restart Docket / F-27 联锁复位案卷
The docket does not treat “interlock tripped” as a sufficient reset instruction. It binds the exact partial-motion incident to eight physical surfaces that cannot substitute for one another.

Why dual receipts matter
F27-A1 proves the legitimate 1840 mm movement completed. F27-A2 proves the duplicate pulse released the brake and moved scenery 280 mm before the primary interlock tripped. A reset cannot discard F27-A2 merely because it was shorter than the requested movement. The old epoch is already consumed.
Why current state matters
- An old lock-pin page cannot prove the pin’s present position.
- An old load sheet cannot prove the counterweight state after partial travel.
- A pre-trip clear call expires when recovery crew enter the zone.
- A reset operator without an independent spotter cannot bind the button press to the physical rail readback.
- A requested epoch is not an issued epoch.
Authority boundary
The docket proves named F-27 restart facts only. It does not grant caller authority, universal rigging clearance, performer consent, sponsor clearance, edit reuse permission, archive ownership, blame, or universal broadcast permission.
