Live Floor Egress Ledger / 直播现场通行瓶颈账本
Live Floor Egress Ledger records a concrete movement bottleneck on the Seventh Dome live floor. It exists for the moment when a door can be open, a room can be assigned, and power can be allocated, but the actual human flow still cannot move cleanly both ways.
The card turns egress into a playable surface: who moves, which node or corridor carries them, which flow is protected, which flow is deferred, what support is missing, and which future reader consumes the scar.
Card promise
This card must not mean evacuation happens. It must name the bottleneck.
A valid row shows:

access_stateis not enough. A route can be open and still jammed.room_occupancyis not enough. The room can be assigned while the path to it is blocked.emergency_poweris not enough. Powered doors and lights do not choose which crowd moves.caption_noticeis not enough. Accessible routing must still have a physical path and support.broadcast scheduleis not enough. A live slot cannot silently absorb blocked bodies.
Common live-floor rows
| Row | Protected flow | Deferred flow | Likely scar |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fan gate oxygen outflow | fan oxygen queue reaches air | sponsor arrivals or camera return | sponsor pressure, public safety legitimacy |
| Accessible caption-guided exit | access-caption readers receive signed path | silent service corridor move | schedule pressure, security heat |
| Proof escort through corridor | archive proof or route asset leaves safely | crew return to board | crew hazard, edit delay |
| Performer stage withdrawal | artist exits camera line safely | public claimant table enters late | public distrust, recovery-only claim |
| Witness quiet move | protected witness avoids crowd camera | fan public queue is held | fan resentment, lawful-only witness route |
| Sponsor tunnel claim | sponsor package moves first | public/accessible exit deferred | access violation, public hostility, sponsor capture |
Counters and states
Valid relief deltas include egress_harm_risk_down, public_safety_legitimacy_up, proof_route_preserved, performer_exposure_down, witness_exposure_down, access_route_certified, and oxygen_harm_risk_down.
Valid cost deltas include crowd_pressure_up, access_caption_pressure_up, fan_oxygen_resentment_up, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure_up, security_heat_up, crew_hazard_up, schedule_pressure_up, route_asset_wear_up, proof_contamination_risk_up, and handler_burden_up.
Valid future states include egress_receipt_required, deferred_flow_hostile, accessible_exit_public_only, sponsor_tunnel_capture, corridor_one_way_scar, crowd_crush_review, proof_escort_costlier, stage_threshold_recovery_only, and broadcast_capacity_scarred.
Failures
The card is invalid if it only records a crowd mood, a generic evacuation order, an abstract capacity number, a fixed turn alarm, or an all-clear result. At least one real flow must lose time, support, access, route quality, or future legitimacy.
