Management Compression Docket / 经营压缩案卷

Management Compression Docket is the card that appears when a resolved-but-costly branch is about to be reported upward as clean success.

It stores the exact thing management is trying to compress: one prior relief, its unpaid debt, the metrics the executive desk wants to mark green, and the future route or slot that will rely on that report.

A valid docket does not say “management pressure rises.” It names the source success and forces the player to decide what the report may count.

Valid source resolutions include a public contrition statement, settlement aftershock review, quote-bearing custody return, live-floor crew reassignment, archive enforcement ruling, sponsor bridge, route asset recovery, or broadcast-reality patch.

Metric families

Metric	What it tries to count	Why it is dangerous
slot_salvaged	The broadcast stayed on schedule.	It can hide crew overwork, edit debt, public harm, or lawful appeal cost.
liability_capped	The statement or settlement reduced legal exposure.	It can erase artist/fan wording, public proof, or future correction cost.
sponsor_confidence_preserved	Stop-loss pressure fell.	It can turn sponsor money into route truth.
audience_churn_suppressed	Audience stability improved.	It can hide public distrust, hollow apology, or unpaid oxygen debt.
crew_utilization_improved	Fewer staff or less rest produced the same slot.	It can convert unsafe coverage into efficiency.
quote_clearance_reused	A price or quote can be reused.	It can double-count a quote-bearing return without carrier price.
route_asset_recovered	The object/person/proof came back.	It can hide false ownership, split price, or quarantine debt.
public_harm_contained	The wound stopped spreading publicly.	It can hide omission, witness exposure, or retaliatory backlash.

Play affordance

This card should make at least three choices visible:

1. protect one metric and qualify another;
2. expose the scar publicly or to inspection;
3. let management capture the report and pay later.

If the card cannot identify the source relief, source debt, conflicting metrics, comptroller state, proof anchor, default, and future reader, it is not ready to enter play.
