Event 19 gains twelve focused review candidates: eight fixed intake rows and four mutually exclusive disposition postures. The actual Mei Xu is separately authored and must also be in hand. storyteller.card.mei_xu_testament_intake_failure_scar.v1 is the thirteenth focused support card, but it is default-only and never a valid review assignment.

The in-hand receipt proves that Event 19 emitted its authored receipt surface; it does not cryptographically encode which branch was chosen. The branch value remains in the mutually exclusive Event 19 flags and is historically proven by the ordered replay/action log, while serialized save state is not tamper-authenticated. The selected posture must agree with the review option. Virtual aliases, generic people, mixed postures, the failure scar, missing fixed rows, off-hand cards, or source-state without Event 19 completion must fail before mutation.

Default-only failure scar

storyteller.card.mei_xu_testament_intake_failure_scar.v1 records that a timely, bounded intake disposition failed before the Rite 24 deadline. It may preserve unserved, hostile relabeling, or late sealed-deposit state. It does not reveal the package, validate its author, turn sponsor relabeling into consent, make late deposit timely, or grant any right or future permission.

Local authority only

The fixed rows prove receipt/absence, handoff parties/absence, receiving window, seal state/absence, and Event 19 source choice. They cannot prove author/signature, capacity/personhood/death, content/truth, consent/refusal, legal validity/probate, recipient acceptance, voice/image/archive/memorial rights, ownership/inheritance, or afteruse/future permission.
