Off-Station Receiving Gate Counterreceipt / 站外接收闸反签回执
The counterreceipt is one of four non-starter child cards produced only when the protected Lan Qiao transfer branch resolves. It records what a named receiving gate accepts, returns, refuses, freezes, publishes, or quarantines without rewriting the parent transfer or Lan Qiao’s character state.

| Produced card | Required fact | Forbidden inference |
|---|---|---|
storyteller.card.offstation_receiving_gate_counterreceipt.v1 | parent choice, receiving posture, state, counters, future effect | receipt is not lawful custody or clean proof |
storyteller.card.offstation_named_subject_acknowledgement.v1 | named subject’s acknowledgement, refusal, or explicit absence | Lan Qiao or the receiving desk cannot author consent |
storyteller.card.offstation_receiving_gate_d17.v1 | exact D-17 receiving gate and receiver boundary | a gate row does not grant station access or universal transfer authority |
storyteller.card.offstation_person_property_label_boundary.v1 | the label used and the limit on what it can prove | a property label is not a personhood judgment or voice/avatar consent |
Reused protected-transfer cards
The child does not gain or duplicate these parent cards:

The row is complete only when all eight exact cards are in hand and assigned to their matching slots, one valid rite choice is selected, and runtime evidence exposes the resulting state, counters, and future effect. A branch prop, Lan Qiao card, generic transfer docket, catalog-only card, or Wiki assertion cannot substitute for an assigned card.
Authority boundary
The counterreceipt preserves the protected parent result, schedule, gates, terminal log, receiving receipt, named-subject response, and label boundary. It grants no personhood judgment, subject consent, lawful or company custody, station access, voice/avatar consent, route-asset transfer, public testimony, clean proof, or universal transfer authority.
