Phantom Coverage Docket / 幻覆盖案卷

Phantom Coverage Docket is the visible card for a covered lane, proxy seat, roll-call receipt, or route-asset handoff whose named body cannot be trusted across readers.

The docket does not say whether the original coverage was malicious. It records the playable contradiction: who claimed coverage, which body or absence is challenged, who benefits if the claim stays clean, who is harmed if it is false, and which future route consumes the result.

Card promise

A valid docket must show:

1. the coverage source row and official coverage claim;
2. the covered lane, seat, proof carrier, or obligation;
3. challenged subject or explicit absence;
4. roll-call, answerability, live-floor, or route-asset conflict proof;
5. harmed reader and beneficiary of false coverage;
6. selected crosscheck posture;
7. future reader or route effect.

Branch responses

Verify named worker

The player verifies the challenged subject with floor proof, roll-call proof, payroll, witness receipt, public receipt, or lawful seal. The result is scoped to the verified reader.

Convert to proxy receipt

The player admits the coverage was proxy or answerability, not physical presence. This can salvage a lawful, sponsor, or management route but cannot satisfy public safety for free.

Split lane and seat

The player separates floor work from answerability or roll-call. One subject cannot carry both claims unless a future route records the split.

Publish absent coverage

The player exposes that official coverage relied on an absent, protected, or double-counted body. Public legitimacy may improve, but pressure and exposure rise.

Quarantine covered route

The contaminated coverage is blocked from clean route use until the proof bridge, split receipt, or new coverage exists.

Accept limited coverage

The player accepts one reader’s use and records the harmed reader, forbidden reuse, and remaining scar.

Harden phantom default

The player lets the official coverage stand. 幻覆盖默认 fires or remains armed.

Non-goals

• Not a universal staff ledger.
• Not a yes/no attendance card.
• Not a clean proxy certificate.
• Not valid unless future route use changes.
