Producer Alibi Ledger / 制作人抗辩账本

Producer Alibi Ledger is the card that stores the reason the producer gave, implied, concealed, or allowed another desk to state when resolving a high-pressure management choice.

The card exists because a route decision is not only what happened. In Storyteller, the later archive, voice, memorial, sponsor, fan, and inspection readers often ask why the producer says it happened. That stated reason can become a route asset, a license shield, a hostile proof, a false-owner bridge, or a recovery-only scar.

Card promise

A valid ledger records management intent as playable state without becoming a generic morality meter.

It must show:

• the source decision or branch that needed a reason;
• the chosen action and any unchosen material offer;
• the stated alibi, implied alibi, hidden alibi, or hostile alibi;
• who authored or repeated it;
• which proof supports it or which proof is explicitly absent;
• which reader can later rely on it;
• which reader would be harmed if the alibi is overbroad;
• whether it covers archive, voice, memorial, sponsor, fan, inspector, editor, or broadcast-reality use;
• the future route effect if the alibi is accepted, narrowed, contradicted, or defaulted.

The card is invalid if it records only producer intent, good reason, PR explanation, public statement, apology, emergency, or sponsor rationale without proof, reader scope, and future route effect.

Valid entry examples

Use this card when:

• a rescue, cancellation, voice use, archive copy, sponsor package, fan oxygen cut, memorial edit, inspection seal, or broadcast correction needed a reason;
• a future voice, memorial, archive, sponsor, fan, inspector, editor, or route reader can cite that reason;
• the stated reason differs from the actual cost, selected offer, or hidden beneficiary;
• a hostile claimant can narrate the producer’s motive first;
• a prior public statement is being reused as proof for a later custody route.

Invalid entries

Do not use this card for:

• flavor apology text with no future reader;
• a generic reputation or morality score;
• fixed-turn escalation;
• raw count of public statements;
• a dashboard audit entry;
• private thoughts that never become evidence, alibi, route condition, or claimant leverage.

Counter surfaces

A branch must mutate at least one relief surface, one cost surface, and one future route or reader surface.

Miss / default memory

If a required alibi is missing, unscoped, contradicted, or authored first by a hostile claimant, later readers should see one of these states instead of a clean pass:
