Receipt-Lost Proxy Afteruse Docket

The docket opens before any later reader can consume a proxy state whose receipt is missing, sealed, corrupted, disputed, or substituted by witness proof. It separates the proxy row from the lost receipt and from the new afteruse request.

The docket is playable only when it can name both the proxy claimant and the reader or actor harmed by treating a missing receipt as consent.

It fails if it records only that a proxy happened, that a receipt is missing, or that a fallback witness exists. The future reader and after-state must be visible before the row can resolve.
