Relief Callback Docket / 救济回叫案卷

Relief Callback Docket is the visible card for a relief decision that helped one reader by delaying, excluding, borrowing from, or promising future service to another reader.

The card exists because relief is often playable at the crisis surface but becomes too clean later. A sponsor stay, oxygen haircut, archive release, lawful conversion, fan-public receipt, recovery shelf, producer-license pledge, or scoped precedent can let the current route proceed while leaving a callback obligation that has not yet been answered.

This card does not decide whether the original relief was valid. It records what the relief still owes before another desk can cite, package, reuse, or close it.

Creation rules

Create or update this card only from state pressure:

• a concrete relief row exists;
• that relief row names who benefited;
• an excluded, deferred, burdened, or explicitly absent reader is visible;
• a delayed obligation can change a later route, proof, package, citation, closure, or broadcast-reality reader;
• the player can assign, settle, publish, quarantine, waive with named harm, or default the callback.

The card must not be created by fixed turn count, fixed day/week interval, chapter quota, raw page count, dashboard status, lens health, or generic legal escalation.

What the card catches

This card catches the moment when a true relief becomes false-clean because the game remembers only the benefit.

Examples:

• a sponsor stay saved the slot, but the fan-public refund callback was deferred;
• a lawful conversion protected the archive, but the public receipt callback was not answered;
• a producer-license pledge opened a route, but the artist-boundary reader became delayed;
• a recovery indemnity shelf protected a worker, but sponsor recourse was left unassigned;
• a precedent scope decision blocked overreach, but the harmed reader still needs a callback before the old relief can be packaged as fair.
