Replay Export Capsule / 复盘导出匣

Replay Export Capsule is a custody card for a replayable branch result after the branch has become useful to another desk. It holds the source branch, the scar it left, who wants to export it, what scope they claim, what counter-branch or omitted cost remains, and which future route will accept or reject the export.

The card turns a durable replay into an in-world route asset. It is not a save file, report viewer, public recap, or cosmetic archive note. The capsule must be assigned, attested, narrowed, traded, exposed, quarantined, or misattributed.

Valid sources include stability package results, public recap states, evidence carryover proof, management compression reports, route-asset custody outcomes, fan oxygen receipts, editor checksums, inspector holds, sponsor bridges, or archive signatures.

The card is invalid if it stores only session provenance, summary wording, audience mood, or generic proof strength.

Claimant pressure rows

Sponsor row

The sponsor wants a capsule that proves crisis relief, liability cap, audience stabilization, or naming safety.

Typical omission: unpaid fan oxygen debt, sacrificed route asset, public witness exposure, source ambiguity, or inspection scar.

Editor row

The editor wants a checksum-safe capsule that can be replayed without showing the branch cut, delay mask, or black-box patch.

Typical omission: raw branch scar, cutroom debt, public receipt, or continuity afteruse risk.

Inspector row

The inspector or archive desk wants a lawful capsule with admissible proof and sealed scope.

Typical omission: public context, sponsor pressure, fan grief, operator danger, or informal truth.

Fan-public row

Fan witnesses, unauthorized historians, or pirate carriers want the capsule as public proof that the branch really happened.

Typical omission: witness protection, consent limits, lawful seal, sponsor threat, or route-asset privacy.

Management row

The desk wants the capsule as a case study or metric proof that a costly branch was worth it.

Typical omission: source debt and who paid the future cost.

Branch-ready state

A player-facing branch cannot select export replay in the abstract. It must assign a custodian or explicit absence, proof anchor or explicit absence, consent scope or explicit absence, counter-branch or explicit absence, bridge/cost, and future reader.
