Scene Change Tape Docket

A focused evidence card for storyteller.card.scene_change_tape_docket.v1. It stores the source tape row, stage manager or explicit absence, original blocking lane, cue context, requested afteruse, future reader, harmed crew or performer, proof bridge, selected posture, after-state, and counter deltas.

The card exists to stop later routes from laundering one taped mark into blanket stage clearance.
