岑扣 / Recovery Counterstub Clerk

岑扣 is the low-rank recovery storeroom clerk who keeps the tear-off counterstubs for scarce recovery inventory rows. She is not important because she has authority. She is important because sponsor, archive, ward, fan oxygen, and management systems all want her small signature to become their clean proof.

Play purpose

岑扣 makes the recovery/sponsor/archive seam playable at worker scale. When a correction slot, ward air row, fan oxygen reserve, archive proof window, edit checksum lane, or sponsor makegood frame is later cited, she can reveal whether the row was released, copied, split, withheld, overwritten, or falsely blamed on her.

Her route turns a missing administrative mark into management/RPG pressure:

• protect her and keep the counterstub usable;
• recruit her as a route asset for future scarce-row custody;
• split her stub between incompatible readers;
• let sponsor or archive pressure capture her signature;
• miss her and let a scapegoat default harden future recovery costs;
• coerce her and risk a hostile worker witness.

Recruit branch

If protected through one counterstub hearing, 岑扣 can become a narrow route asset. She unlocks one future low-risk verification of a scarce recovery row, but only for rows with visible inventory ids and reader claims.

• future sponsor or archive citation becomes sponsor_only, archive_only, recovery_only, blocked, or costlier.

Costs and boundaries

岑扣 is never a free proof machine. Using her should cost at least one of:

• protection money;
• staff favor debt;
• inspection heat;
• sponsor retaliation;
• public footnote exposure;
• schedule delay;
• archive custody debt;
• route recovery cost.

She cannot make sponsor, archive, public, lawful, ward, fan oxygen, artist-boundary, management, and route-asset readers all accept the same recovery row as clean truth.
