Mei Xu Offstage Testament Intake Witness / 梅序·台下遗嘱收件见证人
梅序 is the person at the offstage receiving desk when the oxygen ledger first demands named signatures. She does not decide what an offstage testament means. She preserves the smaller, playable question that the safe archive would otherwise erase: did one specific package reach the desk, through which named or absent handoff parties, in which receiving window, and in what sealed or explicitly unknown state?
Her encounter is bound to storyteller-event-19-ledger-demands-signature, after the three safe versions exist and before Rite 24. In the verified ordered route, fan-signature accession resolves first and Event 19 follows it; the state-pressure gate, rather than a fixed turn, remains authoritative. Event 19 gains the actual Mei Xu card and the focused intake packet, records its own sample-only or common-ledger source choice, opens review, and creates the exact pending triple. storyteller-rite-24-disaster-naming-rights is the deadline. If intake remains unreviewed or the player deliberately defers it, the unserved-testament default becomes the terminal surface before final signoff.

Only protected itemized intake grants route_asset.mei_xu_offstage_testament_intake_witness. Independent sealed deposit preserves a bounded archive trail without recruitment. Company condolence capture is hostile. Deferral is nonterminal and never grants the asset. Every default terminal closes the window, removes Mei Xu, denies the route asset, and emits storyteller.card.mei_xu_testament_intake_failure_scar.v1.
Intake authority only
Mei Xu may attest only:
- receipt of one specific testament package, or its explicit absence;
- named handoff parties, or explicit absence;
- the bounded receiving window;
- the observed seal state, or explicit absence;
- which choice was made in Event 19 before the package was reviewed.
She cannot prove the author or signature; legal capacity, personhood, or death; the package’s content or truth; consent or refusal; legal validity or probate effect; recipient acceptance; voice, image, archive, or memorial rights; ownership or inheritance; or afteruse and future permission. An unread seal remains unread. A received envelope remains only a received envelope.

Mei Xu records a pre-signoff intake boundary for one package; she never promotes intake into authorship, representation, consent, rights, or truth.
