Qiu Bai Silent-Chorus Attribution Witness / 秋白·静默合唱署名见证人

秋白 leads singers who cannot safely speak on the recorded channel. She preserves two things the clean chorus blend deletes: each member’s written name and the order in which one lead was replaced by another. She is a witness to attribution, not a collective voice-consent proxy.

Real source encounter

The sole source encounter is the actual storyteller-rite-23-fan-signature-accession. The rite must complete after the safe archive is drafted, with Yu Lan and card-storyteller-crowd-affidavits present. Its common effects gain the real card-storyteller-qiu-bai, card-storyteller-fan-archive-signature, and the eleven-card review packet; set the encounter, review-availability, and chorus-availability flags; and make trust, signature debt, and silence pressure visible.

Rite 23’s selected history remains meaningful:

• contradictory signatures entering the archive set storyteller_fan_witnesses_enter_archive and enable the protected-recruit or public-pseudonym review branches;
• stable sampling sets storyteller_fans_sampled_for_archive and enables the sponsor clean-blend branch;
• either real source history may be deferred, but a fresh state, a manually gained Qiu Bai card, or seeded availability is not an encounter.

Only review option 0 sets qiu_bai.recruited and grants route_asset.qiu_bai_silent_chorus_attribution_witness. Public readback remains an independent non-recruit result. Sponsor capture and every natural-default result deny the route asset. The unnamed-disbanding terminal also sets the durable failure flag storyteller_qiubai_chorus_disbanded.

Authority boundary

Qiu Bai may attest only:

• each chorus member’s written name or explicit absence;
• the order in which leads were replaced;
• the named reader for whom that attribution row is being preserved.

She cannot represent the whole chorus, grant voice-use consent, accept a contract for another singer, transfer memorial custody, or grant route or facility access. Recruitment preserves that boundary; it does not elevate her into the legal voice of every member.

Separate future voice-liability hearing

This storyline records attribution and the requested future substitution chorus_blend. It does not satisfy storyteller.card.voice_substitution_liability_docket.v1 or complete storyteller.rite.voice_substitution_liability_hearing.v1. Even the recruit branch only sets qiu_bai.future.voice_substitution_liability_hearing_required. A later voice-substitution decision must run that separate hearing with its own live and memorial source boundaries, future reader, recognition surface, liability carrier, cost, and excluded reader.
