Ruo, Damaged Fiber-Map Custodian / 若·受损纤维图保管员

Ruo sealed the WD-42 lint screen and mixed-rack map after discovering that heat had copied the SJ-01 tag onto an understudy lining. The original wardrobe packet uses her as one of eight exact batch-forensics witnesses and explicitly grants no recruitment reward. This character line begins later and for a different reason: production first suppresses the collision, then storyteller.event.false_wardrobe_laundry_ticket_default.v1 chooses recover_fiber_transfer_map and pulls a partial lint-screen fragment from a broken waste seal.

Ruo is the living custodian who can identify the recovery act, the disclosed custody gap, and the limits of the damaged map. She is not the fragment, the transfer pattern, a garment identity token, or a shortcut to the bodies that wore SJ-01, SJ-01B, or SP-7.

The player may recruit Ruo as a damaged-map correction custodian, protect her independently, issue a batch-membership-only correction, deliver exposure notice without medical clearance, move Ruo and the map into independent custody, preserve the fragment for an adversarial hearing, scapegoat and lose her as a hostile witness, or miss her and let a false-map default harden. Only recruitment grants route_asset.ruo_damaged_fiber_map_custodian.

What Ruo may attest to

• that she sealed the WD-42 lint screen and rack map before the suppression default;
• that the recovered fragment came from the named waste seal after that seal had already broken;
• which custody interval remains unobserved and must stay visible;
• which dye, allergen, and adhesive traces remain on the partial fragment;
• whether the three garment routes and affected performers or explicit absences received notice;
• her own recruitment, protection, correction, transfer, adversarial, hostile, miss, or default state.

Narrow authority boundary

Ruo’s testimony and route asset may not grant or decide:

• current performer identity, wearer identity, body identity, role identity, or personhood;
• costume fit approval, wardrobe release, sponsor clearance, or legal clearance;
• performer consent, claimant consent, consent inferred from notice, or proxy consent;
• medical safety, allergen clearance, treatment, diagnosis, or a return-to-performance decision;
• archive ownership, fragment ownership, garment ownership, final cut, reuse, reenactment, or universal broadcast permission.

A recovered fragment proves a trace survived; it does not make the chain clean. A batch-membership correction is not a wearer finding. An exposure notice is not medical clearance. Independent custody is not ownership. Recruitment preserves a named reader and custody scar; it cannot answer any of those missing authorities.

Adjacent-content boundaries

• Wardrobe Laundry Batch Identity Collision owns the original eight-card batch review and remains explicitly non-recruitment. This downstream line does not alter that statement.
• The sibling default option admit_broadcast_body_misattributed belongs to performer counterclaim and must never open Ruo’s damaged-map line.
• The inherited Ruo card and WD-42 ticket remain source objects. The six new cards do not mint a second Ruo or a replacement ticket.
• The parent transfer map proves only batch membership and residue movement. Ruo cannot turn it into a clean performer, fit, sponsor, medical, archive, or broadcast result.
