Access Caption Class Default / 无障碍字幕集体默认

This event fires or arms when a shared caption reliance surface is filed as a clean collective remedy without class scope, representative reader, excluded cohorts, constrained surface, proof boundary, callback carrier, and future reader effect.

It is the default case for the access-caption class surface: the fastest desk certifies the story before the producer names who was actually represented.

Trigger conditions

The event may fire from any of these state failures:

• a caption result is counted as access delivery for multiple cohorts without certification scope;
• sponsor reach uses an access class while public harm is hidden;
• management files a clean accessibility metric from a contested caption;
• fan oxygen refund or public correction is treated as clean class settlement without callback debt;
• archive or lawful reader cites a class record while excluded cohorts are hidden;
• caption operator is made representative, carrier, or signer without operator state;
• a public class is certified while foreign-language public, access public, or fan translation public is excluded silently;
• a shared caption is converted to makegood inventory without public notice;
• a route unlock consumes the class docket as universal clean proof.

No trigger may depend on fixed turns, day or week intervals, raw complaint totals, dashboard status, or lens health.

Durable scars

A fired event must create at least one durable scar:

Player-facing consequence

After this event, a later route may still proceed, but it must pay the scar. A clean universal class remedy is never restored by flavor text, money, public mood, or a single archive stamp. The player must appeal, unwind, quarantine, split, or accept a scoped class record.
