Black-Screen Specimen Miss / 黑屏标本错失

This event resolves the clean-bin branch where no disposal photo survived. It records the physical specimen as unrecoverable, the chain as absent, and future play as disposal-counterclaim-only.

The event must require the no-photo and specimen-missed flags, reject the preserved-photo state, and never grant a replacement photo or specimen. Later play can expose responsibility or compensate harm; it cannot silently recreate bodily custody.
