Clean-Bin Photo Readback / 清理桶照片追读

This event requires both the preserved-photo flag and card-storyteller-clean-bin-photo. It offers two non-equivalent receipts:

• public_disposal_receipt_only, a scoped public receipt that makes company disposal answerable;
• lawful_disposal_claim_only, a lawful quarantine that preserves the image for a later custody claim.

Both results keep the physical specimen unrecoverable. The photograph proves only the pictured company disposal at the recorded time; it grants no bodily identity, treatment consent, archive or memorial ownership, voice ownership, or universal broadcast permission.
