Confidant Breach Default / 私约违背默认
Confidant Breach Default fires or arms when a private promise is consumed as proof, route authority, public wording, management metric, sponsor copy, lawful appeal, or handler mandate without proving the promise allowed that use.
The default is not a simple trust penalty. It turns a hidden breach into future play: a character may become hostile, unavailable, missable, recovery-only, faction-bound, or an opposing witness.

Default causes
- A source identity given privately becomes a public proof anchor without anonymization or shield.
- A rehearsal confession becomes a management metric.
- A black-box checksum shared under edit-room boundary becomes sponsor-safe copy.
- A lawful exception shared by a human handler becomes a universal route unlock.
- A child-voice pirate trace becomes a public counterfeed without witness protection.
- A selfhood refusal is converted into broadcast permission.
- A promise row is missing while the material still affects route play.

Recovery is allowed only through visible cost: apology, restitution, protection, anonymized refile, lawful rehearing, public contrition, substitute proof, witness payroll, or route-asset quarantine.
Recovery cannot make the original breach disappear, and it cannot retroactively make the private promise universal consent.
