This event resolves a Ward 06 checkpoint row that is still pending when Ward 07 completes. It catches both an unplayed focused review and the deliberate defer branch. It is a one-shot route-default surface, not a medical, consent, transfer, or legality finding.

storyteller-rite-ward-07-consent-stamp-audit lists this event before Ward 08 and sets ambulance.ward07_deadline_passed. The stamp audit does not validate the ambulance route or any patient fact.

The three branches remain distinct in state, narrator, future obligation, and counter cost.

Cleanup and durable scar

Every branch:

  • clears ambulance.checkpoint_review_available, ambulance.checkpoint_review_open, ambulance.state.counterlog_pending, and ambulance.state.deferred_to_ward07;
  • clears the exact pending triple;
  • removes all four checkpoint posture cards;
  • unsets route_asset.silent_ambulance_checkpoint_counterlog;
  • sets ambulance.checkpoint_disposition_recorded, ambulance.checkpoint_default_resolved, and ambulance.checkpoint_route_window_closed;
  • gains storyteller.card.silent_ambulance_route_default_scar.v1.

No default grants or restores the route asset. The scar records only that the deadline passed before a bounded disposition; it does not certify the official route, identify a patient, validate consent, or legalize a stop.

Separate authorities

The event cannot rewrite Ward 05 living-witness testimony, determine Ward 07 waiver-stamp validity, replace the Ward 12 three-route transfer, decide the off-station receiving-gate handoff, satisfy stale-dispatch afteruse, or allocate emergency power. Only source: storyteller runtime state may trigger or resolve it.
