Empty Answerability Seat Default / 应责空席默认

Empty Answerability Seat Default fires or arms when a route consumes proof, public words, legal conversion, operator consensus, or management metric without preserving who must answer for the next counterclaim.

The default is not a punishment for bad morality. It is the first-filer rule for absence: if the player does not seat or preserve the empty chair, another surface files a cleaner, narrower, or more exploitative answerability body.

Runtime gate

The event does not passively infer a breach from missing cards or elapsed time. It requires all of the following runtime state:

At least one future route, reader, correction, counterclaim, remedy, audit, or ending scar must change. If nothing changes, the event is invalid.

Public absence hardens

No one sits, and the empty chair itself becomes the public fact.

Recovery

Recovery is allowed only with a visible scar:

  • reopen the docket;
  • seat a body with cost;
  • publish the empty seat;
  • protect the scapegoated worker;
  • split lawful and public answerability;
  • unwind sponsor proxy;
  • attach public delegate audit;
  • accept blocked, costlier, hostile, sponsor-only, lawful-only, or recovery-only future use.

Exact runtime default

The event triggers only after answerability review choice suppress_or_default sets the complete pending triple. Its five terminals are sponsor_proxy_capture, management_false_clean, inspector_narrow_body, worker_scapegoat, and public_absence_hardens.

Every terminal clears the pending triple and branch flag, removes the route asset, marks the event resolved, and grants storyteller.card.answerability_empty_seat_counterreceipt.v1. Person-card retention is explicit per terminal. The hostile replay resolves option 3 (worker_scapegoat), removes 阮停, and records future_route.hostile; the focused runtime test executes all five outcomes.

Non-goals

  • Not an automatic game-over.
  • Not generic reputation damage.
  • Not a morality score event.
  • Not a fixed-turn escalation.
  • Not valid without a changed future route or reader.
