False-Clean Comp Surcharge Default

storyteller.event.false_clean_comp_surcharge_default.v1 fires or arms when a future route cites a comp-ticket row as clean audience goodwill while the oxygen surcharge carrier or burdened future reader remains hidden.

The default does not say the comp never happened. It records that the comp was overextended into a clean-use claim and that later play now inherits surcharge debt, reader hostility, public trust loss, proof burden, route cost, or recovery-only pressure.

Default examples:

• A sponsor renewal deck cites comped seats as public forgiveness while the access-caption route inherits oxygen debt.
• A public recap calls a fan block “made whole” while the surcharge carrier is only a private sponsor ledger.
• A route-asset gate accepts comp goodwill as clean access and leaves replay audience oxygen to be charged later.
• A lawful annex treats hospitality as settlement while the burdened future reader has no surcharge notice.

Recovery is possible only through a visible surcharge receipt, reader split, escrow bridge, route debt conversion, quarantine, or scoped scar. The false-clean comp default remains durable until one of those surfaces rewrites the future route effect.
