False Declined Offer Afteruse Default

False Declined Offer Afteruse Default fires or arms when a later reader consumes a prior declined-offer receipt as clean universal waiver, consent, refusal, settlement, schedule clearance, public answer, archive release, management cleanliness, broadcast-reality proof, recovery clearance, or ending readiness without a valid afteruse docket and review.

The event is not a warning banner. It mutates future play because the declined offer has already been spent outside its refusal and receipt scope.

Recovery

Recovery is allowed only with scar:

  • certify the decline scope for a named reader;
  • restrict the future reader;
  • attach counterbid receipt, public notice, lawful annex, archive addendum, schedule note, management qualification, or split-reader notice;
  • reopen the declined offeror;
  • split afteruse by reader;
  • quarantine the later use;
  • convert the receipt to recovery-only or substitute-proof status.

Non-Goals

  • Not a generic offer regret event.
  • Not a branch-history warning.
  • Not valid if the future reader effect is only a notification.
