• event.false_fire_curtain_interlock_default.armed;
• future_route.false_interlock_default_pending.

Every terminal also records fire_curtain_interlock.false_synchronized_clearance_scar and resolves the event. Cutting the broadcast restores physical floor veto but requires a public claim retraction. The side-passage terminal repairs the command order at an operational cost. Acceptance lets the synchronized safehouse image harden into reality and lets the sponsor cue control later egress.

Authority boundary

No terminal retroactively turns the F2 empty-house test into egress certification. Even accept_synchronized_safehouse_reality records a harmful reality mutation, not evacuation authority, consent, sponsor safehouse authority, archive custody, or universal public truth.
