False Oath Afteruse Default

False Oath Afteruse Default fires or arms when a current reader consumes an expired, hidden, moved, or stale witness oath as clean proof.

The event must not fire from fixed turn, fixed day/week cadence, raw witness count, dashboard state, or lens-health state.

Durable Mutation

At least one surface from each class must change:

• relief or capture: management_metric_greenwashed, sponsor_package_unblocked, annex_unblocked, or equivalent;
• cost or scar: false_clean_oath_up, harmed_reader_hostility_up, archive_debt_up, public_receipt_distrust_up, or equivalent;
• future effect: proof_window_due, public_notice_due, sponsor_unwind_due, route_costlier, blocked, hostile, or recovery_only.

The default fails if it silently renews the oath, clears witness expiry, hides the harmed reader, or records oath afteruse as ordinary clean proof.
