False Phantom Route Rumor Afteruse Default records the failure where a reviewed phantom-route result is consumed as clean route delivery, universal waiver, permanent proof erasure, or clean disavowal for every reader.

It does not make the phantom route true. It makes the misuse durable and raises the cost of later correction.

Fire Conditions

Fire or arm this event when any of the following happen:

• a management report treats the rumor review as final route satisfaction;
