Result code 7 arms this condition-driven event. Its resolvable option records Jao Min’s physical movement note as false group broadcast consent, reopens the protected caption-access patron row, and creates durable recovery_only state.

The event moves seat-map progress, false-clean consent, patron trust, sponsor capture, continuity liability, archive custody debt, and future route cost. Unsupported flag-trigger syntax or top-level event effects do not satisfy the contract.

Resolving it also arms counterparty_reliance.entry_pending. That state lets 相对方信赖被发现 expose the sponsor recap desk’s already-scheduled group-consent recap, sunk slot time, and displaced protected patron; it does not turn the false seat-map reading into valid consent.
