Residue Ticket-Case Offer
storyteller.event.lu_she_residue_ticket_case_offer.v1 is the actual character encounter. It requires exactly the source state created by Rite 30:
complete_storyteller-rite-30-residue-audit;storyteller_residue_audit_opened;card-storyteller-residue-risk-tablein hand.
It rejects fixed turn/day entry and does not reopen after a disposition, miss, armed default, or prior resolution.
Four encounter outcomes

The first three outcomes open but do not resolve Lu She Seat-Time Provenance Review. Each arms the deadline; completing the review disarms it.
The fourth outcome records only lu_she.state.natural_miss_pending. It does not mark the case closed; Rite 31 must complete and the case-closure default must resolve before any miss or recovery-only terminal flag exists.
Case-Closure Default
storyteller.event.lu_she_case_closed_default.v1 becomes eligible only when:
- Rite 30 and Rite 31 are both complete;
- the offer resolved;
- the default is armed;
- the named future reader is still held;
- no Lu She disposition or recruitment exists.
Its sole option removes Lu She, records both storyteller_lushe_case_closed and failure.lu_she_case_closed, sets natural_miss_recovery_only, preserves the named reader, and moves visible registry, waiver, recovery, and future-route costs.
The default does not certify a death. It records that signature standing became the next official surface before a seat/time contradiction received a protected reader.
Authority boundary
Neither event may grant official death/cause, identity/personhood, medical/body custody, treatment/diagnosis, next-of-kin, disaster naming, ticket afteruse, fan endorsement/claim waiver, voice/likeness/broadcast consent, archive/memorial ownership, or continuity rewrite authority.
