storyteller.event.lyra_ashen_living_answer_window.v1 is a priority state-pressure event. It opens after event.lyra_desaturates resolves while the actual Lyra card, last-air slot, and voiceprint are available and no Lyra disposition has been recorded. It has no fixed turn, day, week, chapter, content-count, or memorial-route trigger.

The source encounter makes the living artist visible. This event selects answer evidence; it does not recruit Lyra, resolve the consent review, assign archive custody, issue a permit, or declare a medical outcome.

Core review must still receive an explicit rite option and must reject a branch-flag, selected-choice, or slot-card mismatch.

The sponsor option records that a proxy controlled access and no living answer was obtained. It cannot narrate silence as consent, make the proxy Lyra, or declare Lyra dead.
