Mei Xu Unserved Testament Default / 梅序遗嘱未送达默认

This event is the natural deadline consequence when Rite 24 completes while the Event 19 intake remains unresolved. It catches both valid default entry modes:

1. Event 19 created the packet and pending triple, but the focused review was never completed;
2. review choice 3 deliberately deferred intake and retained the same pending triple.

The event must reject pre-deadline play, any missing pending flag, a missing actual Mei Xu, a terminal review disposition, a default already resolved, or a state that did not come through Event 19.

Every option clears the pending triple, review-open and availability state, unreviewed/deferred residue, and any route asset; records a terminal disposition; sets mei_xu.testament_intake_route_window_closed; removes the actual Mei Xu card; and gains storyteller.card.mei_xu_testament_intake_failure_scar.v1.

Three terminal options

0 — unserved_testament_hard_miss

The specific package never reaches a timely named recipient. This sets mei_xu.state.unserved_testament_hard_miss, the legacy storyteller_offstage_testaments_collected_missed, an unserved-package disposition, and a recovery-only future state. It is the terminal proven by mei-xu-offstage-testament-intake-witness.unserved-default.replay.json.

An unserved package is not proof that no testament existed, that its contents were false, or that an absent author consented to anything.

1 — sponsor_consent_conversion

The sponsor folds the unopened or unconfirmed package into a branded condolence packet and claims it as consent. This sets mei_xu.state.hostile_sponsor_consent_conversion and a distinct hostile relabeling state. The system records a false-consent claim and future challenge cost; it never endorses the conversion as consent, probate, ownership, or permission.

2 — late_sealed_archive_independent_non_recruit

The package enters a sealed archive after the deadline. This sets mei_xu.state.late_sealed_archive_independent_non_recruit and a late-deposit locator. It preserves limited recovery without making deposit timely, recruiting Mei Xu, authorizing the future reader, or establishing contents or rights.

No clean default

All three terminals remove Mei Xu and deny the route asset. The failure scar proves only that timely bounded intake failed. It cannot prove author/signature, capacity/personhood/death, content/truth, consent/refusal, legal validity/probate, recipient acceptance, voice/image/archive/memorial rights, ownership/inheritance, or afteruse/future permission.
