Recovery Indemnity Default / 复原追偿默认

Recovery Indemnity Default fires or arms when a 复原追偿搁架 is required but no credible holder is named, or when sponsor, archive, management, ward, or handler absence files a false-clean assignment first.

This event is not a mood beat. It creates durable route state: someone now carries recourse, someone else is excluded or hidden, and a future reader can reopen the shelf.

Default triggers

A default can occur when any condition below is true:

  • recovery inventory was allocated, but no recourse holder was recorded;
  • a sponsor afteruse object is cited as if it resolved every future claim;
  • archive custody receives a clean shelf without a burdened reader;
  • a worker carrier is asked to sign as liability holder without protection;
  • a claimant body or recovery row is converted into settlement inventory;
  • management files the route as closed while recall remains possible;
  • an absent holder is treated as consent;
  • a split shelf is reported as universal acceptance;
  • a quarantined source is later used as clean proof.

The event must not trigger from fixed turn count, day/week interval, chapter quota, dashboard state, lens health, or raw content count.

Default branches

Sponsor files the source as settled and moves future recourse off its balance.

Expected mutations:

  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure may fall;
  • contract_capture, worker_coercion_risk, or claimant_body_burden rises;
  • future route becomes sponsor_only, route_costlier, or recovery_only;
  • public, lawful, artist-boundary, or worker reader can later contest the false shelf.

Archive absorbs all

The archive queue records itself as holder without a scoped escrow.

Expected mutations:

  • lawful reader may proceed;
  • archive_debt, source_ambiguity, or edit_checksum_pressure rises;
  • future route becomes lawful_only, checksum_required, or contradiction_pending;
  • public/fan or worker reader remains able to recall the shelf.

Worker signed all

A carrier, clerk, bailiff, or recovery worker is treated as holder.

Expected mutations:

  • short-term management, sponsor, or schedule pressure may fall;
  • worker_coercion_risk, payroll_leak, witness_exposure, or handler_burden rises;
  • worker state becomes coerced_indemnity_signer, hostile_recourse_witness, indemnity_absent_signer, or equivalent;
  • future route can produce worker testimony, hostile witness, or protected witness recovery.

Claimant body released

A claimant or recovering body is treated as proof that all recourse was accepted.

Expected mutations:

  • current route may avoid a harder hearing;
  • claimant_body_burden, public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, or inspection_heat rises;
  • future route becomes claimant_hostile, artist_boundary_only, public_only, blocked, or recovery_only.

Management metric closed

Management counts the shelf as closure.

Expected mutations:

  • management_pressure may fall;
  • false_clean_inventory, producer_license_encumbrance, or route_recovery_cost rises;
  • future route enters appeal, recall, contradiction, or hostile-reader state.

Aftershock requirements

A default must always leave at least one future playable handle:

  • reopen shelf assignment;
  • protect or confront a worker witness;
  • unwind sponsor recourse;
  • quarantine archive copy;
  • publish public/fan recall;
  • reassign producer license burden;
  • convert route to recovery-only;
  • trigger a claimant or artist-boundary counterclaim.

Counter rule

Every default must mutate at least three surfaces: one false relief or captured relief, one cost, and one future route state.

Valid surfaces include:

  • recovery_indemnity_pressure
  • indemnity_holder_exposure
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • contract_capture
  • producer_license_encumbrance
  • archive_debt
  • inspection_heat
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • fan_oxygen_resentment
  • worker_coercion_risk
  • payroll_leak
  • handler_burden
  • claimant_body_burden
  • false_clean_indemnity
  • route_recovery_cost

Non-goals

  • Not a pure reputation penalty.
  • Not a one-line failure.
  • Not a free delayed payment.
  • Not valid if no burdened reader is named.
  • Not valid unless a future route, worker state, claimant state, or reader state changes.
