Self-Corroborating Broadcast Default / 自证广播默认

The harmful review branch counted six derivative surfaces as six independent confirmations and aired the claim. The public clip now cites the broadcast, the inspector report cites the public clip, the archive and memorial rows cite copies of the same last-air edit, and later route readers can cite that apparent consensus back into the broadcast.

This event does not punish a forged file. It closes a circular-proof failure in which authentic derivatives multiplied one root into a false independent majority.

Only zero-based review choice 6, false_independent_corroboration, may arm this event:

The aired claim remains historical, but every future route must supply distinct lineage roots before calling the family independently corroborated. The six derivatives may still serve their narrow inspection, editor, archive, memorial, public, and carrier scopes.

force_root_source_reaudit

Memorial and archive use pauses until the last-air root capture, its source session, and any explicit pre-capture absence are re-audited. This does not erase the derivative rows; it makes root access a future cost.

freeze_derived_route_assets

The derived route assets remain visible but become recovery-only until lineage is rebuilt. Freezing custody does not decide the underlying event truth or transfer ownership.

The scar records that false independence entered Broadcast Reality even when the selected terminal repairs future use.

Terminal missability

The three terminals share one armed state. Selecting one clears the complete gate, resolves the event, and makes the other two unreachable. A partial clear, two simultaneous terminal states, a mismatched future effect, or a retrigger is invalid.

Recovery is not authority

No terminal retroactively makes the six rows independent. None grants event truth, inspector universal clearance, editor source truth, archive pre-intake origin, memorial-voice consent, voice custody, route-asset content truth, public-clip witness independence, sponsor immunity, or universal broadcast authority.
