Shao Zi Queue-Call Order Window / 哨子队列喊号顺序窗口

storyteller.event.shao_zi_queue_call_order_window.v1 is not a free-standing encounter. It opens only after the actual Rite 17 source has gained Shao Zi and after the actual Oxygen Priority Recut has completed with oxygen_priority_ladder.row_open, one exact priority posture, and its matching future reader.

Fresh state and Rite 17-only state fail. A manually seeded Shao Zi card, availability flag, recut flag, reader flag, or event trigger also fails the executable contract.

One lossless guarded intake

open_guarded_queue_call_order_review is the event’s only option. It opens the review while preserving all eight posture and boundary candidates. It does not choose a disposition, set a branch flag, or delete evidence.

The review then accepts exactly one upstream tuple:

A mismatched review option fails before changing state. The matching review removes only the other six candidates, so an incorrect click cannot resolve the event and strand the storyline.

The event does not recruit Shao Zi, grant a route asset, decide priority, allocate oxygen, establish medical need, speak for all fans, create consent or lawful custody, grant access, or erase skipped names. Final person-state belongs only to the review rite.
