Song Qi Unfiled Reseal Counterminute Default / 宋祈未归档重封反记录违约

This event is the natural consequence when Rite 17 completes while the Rite 16 counterminute still has an unanswered exception pointer and unconfirmed review-key handoff. It catches both valid entry modes:

  1. Rite 16 created the exact packet and pending triple, but the focused review was never completed;
  2. review choice 3 deliberately deferred disposition and retained the same triple.

The event must reject pre-deadline play, a missing pending flag, missing source history, a missing actual Song Qi, a prior terminal disposition, or an already resolved default.

Every option clears the pending triple, review-open/available state, offered/deferred residue, recruitment/hostility as appropriate, and any route asset; records song_qi.reseal_manifest_disposition_recorded; sets song_qi.reseal_manifest_route_window_closed and storyteller_junior_audit_notes_opened_missed; removes the actual Song Qi card and all posture cards; and gains storyteller.card.song_qi_reseal_counterminute_failure_scar.v1.

Three terminal options

0 — erased_counterminute_hard_miss

The exact counterminute is erased before the quota recount answers its exception pointer. This sets song_qi.state.erased_counterminute_hard_miss and song_qi.future.manifest_delta_recovery_only. It is the verified terminal in lens/replays/song-qi-reseal-manifest-counterminute.omitted-default.replay.json.

Erasure is not a clean manifest, and it cannot prove that no omitted claimant existed.

1 — sponsor_clean_model_false_inclusion

The sponsor claims that the unresolved note proves every relevant row was included. This sets song_qi.state.hostile_sponsor_clean_model_false_inclusion, song_qi.hostile, and song_qi.future.false_clean_manifest_challenge. The claim is stored as hostile false-clean state, never as fan consent, lawful allocation, audit legality, or coverage.

2 — late_independent_counterminute_non_recruit

The procedural counterminute is deposited after Rite 17. This sets song_qi.state.late_independent_counterminute_non_recruit and song_qi.future.late_manifest_delta_readback. It preserves limited recovery, but cannot make the filing timely, recruit Song Qi, grant the route asset, or rewrite Rite 17’s queue history.

No clean default or neighboring authority

All three terminals remove Song Qi and deny the route asset. The failure scar proves only that timely disposition failed. It cannot replace Shao Zi’s post-Rite 17 call-order evidence, decide oxygen need or priority, become Rao Zhun’s covered/excluded claim or rider scope, merge the legacy 宋栖 license-collapse identity, or grant consent, rights, ownership, access, or future permission.
