ST-SCALE-06 Jury Nonattendance Usher Window / 陪审未入场路引员窗口
The notice opens after storyteller-event-12-license-recall resolves with seat_audience_jury, while the usher disposition remains unresolved. The company-format option records an explicit not-applicable disposition. This replaces the old fixed-turn encounter assumption with source-state pressure and materializes card-storyteller-st-scale-06-custody-usher-badge for the review.
Four ordered postures
| Option | Prepared posture | What it may establish |
|---|---|---|
open_protected_nonattendance_recruit_window | protected oath + floorplan + roster | named checkpoint observation plus protected badge/roster handoff |
open_public_phantom_ballot_countersign_window | public countersign + floorplan + blackbox cut | exact public non-entry mismatch for one named door/window |
open_sealed_ingress_mismatch_window | sealed escrow + chair seal + roster | lawful-only badge/roster chain pending named readback |
open_sponsor_buyoff_miss_window | buyoff order + proof absence + sponsor veto | durable loss of the usher and recovery-only physical-entry chain |
Each option retains only its three matching candidate rows, removes the other seven, sets one branch flag, and preselects no terminal result. Recruitment, public-witness status, sealed status, and hard miss belong to the explicit rite choice.
Event authority denial
Opening or resolving this event does not validate or invalidate a vote, identify an actual voter, infer consent, grant archive ownership, or settle the jury’s truth. It only opens a bounded inquiry into physical entry/non-entry and badge/roster custody.
