Su Lian Merged Alarm-Confession Default / 素莲报警—忏悔混并违约

storyteller.event.su_lian_merged_alarm_confession_default.v1 is the non-neutral consequence of review option 3. It cannot open from chronology, raw alarm pressure, an unfinished review, or manually seeded generic ward risk.

Exact gate

The event requires completed storyteller.rite.su_lian_ventilator_fault_readback.v1, the actual Su Lian card, no recorded disposition, and all three pending flags:

Every terminal clears all three pending flags, review-open and availability state, the deferred-risk state, ward availability, and the route asset; records disposition; sets storyteller_sulian_ward_closed; removes Su Lian; and gains storyteller.card.su_lian_merged_alarm_confession_counterreceipt.v1.

Three terminal options

0 — merge_alarm_with_human_channel_close_ward

Closes the ward while machine alarm and human utterance remain unseparated. It sets su_lian.state.merged_alarm_confession_ward_closed_hard_miss and a recovery-only named-unit readback scar. Ward trust falls while audit alarm, repair burden, and recovery cost rise.

1 — reset_telemetry_harden_false_patient_fault

Lets company telemetry erase the bypass interval and harden the interruption into a false patient-fault metric. It sets su_lian.state.hostile_company_patient_fault_metric. The metric remains a hostile challenge, not a clean patient admission, confession, or consent record.

2 — freeze_named_unit_for_late_repair

Freezes the named unit for late repair while leaving the human channel uninterpreted. It sets su_lian.state.late_unit_repair_independent_non_recruit. This is a cooperative recovery posture, but Su Lian is removed and unavailable, repair burden rises, and no route asset survives.

No clean default and no expanded authority

All three outcomes preserve the failed separation through the counterreceipt. None recruits Su Lian, interprets human words, allocates oxygen, authorizes diagnosis or consent, certifies afteruse or fleet safety, grants custody or access, settles memorial rights, or creates a future-reader receipt. The scar remains local to the named unit’s present audit interval.
