Suppressed Testimony Citation Default / 被压制证词引证默认

This event fires or arms when a continuity body cites a source it previously suppressed without acknowledging the contradiction.

It is the failure/default state for 连续性后用藐视案卷. The event should not simply punish the player for using illicit evidence. It should make the earlier official version and the later cited source collide in future play.

Event trigger

Fire or record this event when any of the following happens:

  • a safe continuity version cites a fan witness, public crack, pirate relay, black-box fragment, voice residue, or unauthorized memorial it previously suppressed;
  • a redacted line is later treated as admissible proof without reopening the redaction;
  • an inspector-sealed version spends a public-only source as if public legitimacy had never been excluded;
  • a sponsor-named disaster version quotes public grief while keeping the sponsor ownership clean;
  • an editor-safe continuity cut is used as raw source proof;
  • a split-canon result is presented to all readers as one clean official continuity;
  • the player hides the Continuity Afteruse Contempt Docket and lets the contradiction resolve by inertia.

The trigger is state-based. It must not depend on a fixed numbered turn, day interval, chapter quota, raw content count, dashboard state, or lens health.

Event variants

Safe-version self-contempt

The official continuity patch needs the source it excluded.

Expected effects:

  • continuity_authority or route legibility may improve short-term;
  • continuity_contempt, suppressed_testimony_visibility, or official_version_trust worsens;
  • future official use requires addendum, reopening, split reader, or recovery-only route.

Redaction citation default

A redacted hearing line becomes the proof line for a later route.

Expected effects:

  • lawful or correction route may unlock;
  • hearing_redaction_debt, archive_debt, or inspection_heat rises;
  • public or editor reader can challenge the citation.

A sponsor-named version cites public grief while denying that public grief has ownership.

Expected effects:

  • sponsor or schedule pressure may fall;
  • contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, or fan_oxygen_resentment rises;
  • public route becomes hostile, costlier, or recovery-only.

Editor checksum laundering

An editor-safe cut is cited as if it were raw continuity proof.

Expected effects:

  • continuity hazard may drop;
  • edit_debt, source_ambiguity, or archive_debt rises;
  • a black-box or public witness challenge remains armed.

Split-canon flattening

A split-reader solution is presented to every reader as universal continuity.

Expected effects:

  • one route may progress;
  • reader_collision, public_receipt_distrust, or future_recovery_cost rises;
  • the excluded reader gains a recovery or hostile branch.

Consequence contract

Every event resolution must mutate at least three counters or durable states:

  • one immediate relief or route survival;
  • one visible cost;
  • one future reader or route acceptance change.

Valid relief examples:

  • official route can proceed with scar;
  • lawful appeal obtains a temporary citation;
  • public route stays visible;
  • route asset unlocks at reduced quality;
  • continuity hazard drops briefly.

Valid cost examples:

  • contempt state appears or hardens;
  • official version trust drops;
  • public memory distrust rises;
  • sponsor capture rises;
  • source ambiguity rises;
  • an excluded reader becomes hostile;
  • future route requires addendum, rehearing, split annotation, quarantine, or recovery.

Follow-up hooks

After this event, the game should expose at least one follow-up:

  • file a contradiction addendum;
  • reopen the continuity hearing;
  • publish a public historian footnote;
  • run a black-box checksum quarantine;
  • pay sponsor release or expose capture;
  • split official and public readers;
  • accept recovery-only route asset use;
  • let a hostile reader challenge the official version.

Non-goals

  • Not a generic legal warning.
  • Not a morality label for using unauthorized testimony.
  • Not a duplicate of unlicensed route-asset contempt; this event is about official continuity contradicting its own exclusion.
  • Not a fixed-turn punishment.
  • Not valid unless a future reader, route, or recovery state changes.
