Mina Cut Last-Air Editor Lens

Observable promise

The lens proves that editor.mina_cut is an actual assignable editor whose first last-air edit creates labor debt, not permanent consent. A later labor review must expose protected recruitment, refusal, substitute coverage, public receipt, capture, archive limitation, hostility, and burnout/miss as non-equivalent states.

Each current character replay must first assign Mina, Lyra’s voiceprint, and the vigil queue to rite.last_air_edit, record numeric editor_burnout, and emit mina_cut.source_last_air_edit_completed. Only a later action may resolve the labor review.

Docket and assignment oracle

The docket preserves all sixteen required fields. The review uses exactly nine real cards and no selected-branch slot. riteChoices alone selects one of eight branch families.

Every branch must include Mina state, edit state, relief, cost, future effect, at least five counter deltas, and universalEditorAuthority: false.

Non-duplication oracle

Mina’s route asset cannot grant final-cut ownership, source-copy custody, Lyra voice consent, memorial consent, unlimited editor capacity, or universal acceptance. Han Cutroom, Lyra, Baiya, and the vigil queue retain their separate authorities.

All four must use exact source and docket card IDs and prove source-edit-before-review chronology. The burnout replay must contain a real event_choice, numeric burnout and debt counters, the failure flag, and no Mina card in the final hand.
