Observable promise

This lens observes whether the old Nayin placeholder becomes a reachable character storyline downstream of the existing memorial-license hearing: the actual person and common source rows enter a state-pressure notice, one exact repair/custody pair reaches a strict seven-slot review, and four choices create protected recruit, public counterwitness, sealed custodian, or sponsor-bought hard-miss states.

The evaluator reads authored runtime objects and four focused CLI replays. Wiki prose is not accepted as a substitute for branch execution.

Entry oracle

All three existing memorial-license outcomes can expose Nayin without changing their memorial_license_status. The line enters only after the source rite completes, the actual Nayin card is present, the notice is pending, and no disposition has been recorded.

Exact tuple oracle

The review must assign docket, actual Nayin, crowd-affidavit input, memorial-license context, the selected repair evidence, the selected custody posture, and storyteller.card.nayin_named_future_repair_reader.v1. Each notice option removes the six unselected branch cards. A branch/window or repair/posture mismatch must fail, and neither the legacy fan oxygen ledger nor a virtual reader alias may substitute for the named derivative-repair desk.

All four terminal choices must clear storyteller_nayin_contract_available; only sponsor buyout records storyteller_nayin_contract_missed.

Canon-boundary oracle

Every branch may prove only a named input row or hash, patch steps, output hash, keeper, and handoff. No branch may prove speaker identity, individual or collective consent, truth or unanimity of fan testimony, voice ownership, memorial/archive license, personhood, death, or universal fan representation.

Replay oracle

The four bound replays must resolve the source hearing, matching notice choices 0..3, seven exact hand-backed assignments, matching review choices 0..3, and four exclusive terminal states. The sponsor replay must remove the actual card and leave no route asset.
