Observable Promise

Storyteller must prove that a black-box patch remains a custody object before downstream systems consume it. The character lens can prove whether Baiya is recruitable, missable, protected, captured, hostile, or absent. This system lens proves that the patch row itself preserves source scar, scope, omitted reader, proof bridge, handler, cost, and future route effect.

The lens fails if a patch becomes a universal clean edit, if Baiya is treated as a generic utility, or if future play accepts the patched version without knowing which reader was omitted, delayed, surcharged, or explicitly absent.
