A passing implementation proves that the exact ST-SCALE-05 phone can enter real first custody, produce either a public derivative or sealed master, and later face a scoped inference review. It preserves the 37-second window and supported claim while preventing whole-audience consent, universal safety, settled oxygen debt, full chronology, voice/likeness permission, memorial permission, or universal admissibility from being inferred cleanly.
