Runtime and replay oracle

The executable surface must include seven exact starter cards, a seven-branch state-pressure rite, a priority-13099 default event with three durable outcomes, a focused Jest contract, and a gameplay-CLI replay with verified session evidence.

The replay is valid only if it contains exactly three actions: session creation, the target rite on choice six, and the target event on choice zero. It must end at turn two with no unresolved event and an exact seven-card assignment catalog.
