Lens question

After one call produces two completed and aired F-27 actuations, can the implementation preserve the immutable incident ledger while preventing a forensic broadcast master from silently becoming a future motor program?

2. Exact runtime gate

The rite requires all three producer flags, rejects both partial-trip flags, and assigns eight exact in-hand cards. Six must be gained only by the complete-travel producer option; two are inherited exact CS-09 source cards. The rite is non-repeatable and consumes only future_route.double_fire_version_fork_required.

4. Seven operational branches

8. Durable producer replay

The replay must resolve the committed CS-09 default through complete_second_travel, prove the six new cards were gained, then resolve this rite with all eight exact cards and choice issue_single_travel_rerun_manifest. It must consume the fork duty, preserve the incident scar, issue R7-F27-V2, emit rerun_single_actuation_checksum_required, and remove the one-shot rite from availability.
