Memorial Touch-Right Adjudication Lens / 纪念物触碰权裁定 Lens
This lens proves that the existing Rite 36 → Rite 37 seam resolves one memorial object’s contact posture without turning a waiver, seizure, refusal, thermal trace, or public signature into universal permission.
A passing implementation has a source-backed seven-card adjudication, four reachable and non-equivalent dispositions, a route asset exclusive to scoped silence, a durable unsafe-contact default, exact focused replay evidence, and explicit negative authority boundaries.
1. Storyteller-only source oracle
Every page, runtime object, evaluator block, and replay belongs to source: storyteller and game-content/storyteller. Reference-source canon must not appear as source content, fixtures, aliases, or proof.
The source objects are exactly:
card-storyteller-refusal-receipt;card-storyteller-legal-body-waiver;card-storyteller-seized-sticker-box;card-storyteller-thermal-sticker-sample;storyteller-rite-36-seized-sticker-box-hearing;storyteller-rite-37-touch-right-waiver.
2. Ordered entry oracle
The three dedicated support rows are starter cards already present in the source loadout. Rite 33 must create the refusal receipt, Rite 35 must create the thermal sample, and Rite 36 must create the seized sticker box before the otherwise-inert support rows can join the existing Rite 37 adjudication.
Rite 37 must require the complete packet, remain unresolved before selection, and write memorial_touch_right_adjudication.resolved after exactly one option. Entry is state pressure only. Fixed turn/day/week, raw touch or memorial counts, relationship threshold alone, dashboard state, and lens health are forbidden triggers.
The lens fails if the route skips Rite 36, starts from a pre-existing touch-right waiver, or allows the event before choice 3.
3. Three support-row oracle
The dedicated runtime card file contains exactly:
storyteller.card.memorial_touch_right_adjudication_docket.v1;storyteller.card.memorial_touch_log_or_explicit_absence.v1;storyteller.card.memorial_touch_right_named_future_reader.v1.
The docket must separately preserve the object, refusal/withdrawal, legal-body boundary, seizure posture, thermal contact trace, signed log or explicit material absence, chosen disposition, relief, cost, route asset posture, unsafe-event posture, and future reader.
The log row must identify every available object-level contact or the exact material row absent. The reader row must identify who consumes which result and which inference remains forbidden.
4. Exact seven-assignment oracle
Rite 37 exposes these required slot/accepted-card pairs in this exact order:
| # | Slot | Exact accepted card |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | docket | storyteller.card.memorial_touch_right_adjudication_docket.v1 |
| 2 | refusal_receipt | card-storyteller-refusal-receipt |
| 3 | legal_body_waiver | card-storyteller-legal-body-waiver |
| 4 | seized_sticker_box | card-storyteller-seized-sticker-box |
| 5 | thermal_sample | card-storyteller-thermal-sticker-sample |
| 6 | touch_log_or_absence | storyteller.card.memorial_touch_log_or_explicit_absence.v1 |
| 7 | future_reader | storyteller.card.memorial_touch_right_named_future_reader.v1 |
No tag-only, generic, virtual, reordered, hidden, or post-resolution card passes this oracle.
5. Four-branch oracle
The runtime options appear in this exact order:
honor_artist_withdrawal_scoped_silence;publish_object_level_signed_contact_ledger;quarantine_as_contaminated_evidence;defer_with_material_rows_missing.
Each option must set exactly one branch flag, one durable state, one future-reader requirement, branch-specific relief/cost effects, and the common resolution effects. Every declared delta must be executable.
| Choice | Required state | Required future readback | Required exclusivity |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.scoped_object_silence | scoped-silence receipt required | sole route-asset branch |
| 1 | memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.object_level_signed_contact_ledger | object-level contact ledger required | no route asset, no default |
| 2 | memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.contaminated_evidence_quarantine | quarantine receipt required | no route asset, no default |
| 3 | memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.material_rows_missing | recovery/missing-material reader | no route asset, unsafe default armed |
The common legal_body_pressure increase is a visible cost. It is not a legal-body ruling.
6. Scoped-silence route-asset oracle
Only choice 0 may create route_asset.memorial_touch_right_scoped_silence.
The asset is bounded to one named object and one future-reader receipt. Its usable meaning is restrictive: prevent circulation, display, or contact citation beyond that scope. It never grants the holder, artist, fan, archive, inspector, or any other actor permission to touch the object.
Choices 1 through 3 and the default must leave the asset absent. storyteller_touch_right_artist_refusal_honored alone is insufficient evidence of the asset.
7. Signed-ledger oracle
Choice 1 must preserve the exact object-level log, named contact/signature or explicit absence, and required reader. public_signature_traceability must improve while archive contamination, legal-body pressure, and future route cost remain visible.
The lens fails if a signature becomes consent, a memorial license, proof of archive custody, a waiver for an unnamed contact, or permission for future touching.
8. Quarantine oracle
Choice 2 must set both memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.contaminated_evidence_quarantine and archive_contamination.memorial_touch_material_quarantined, improve evidence quarantine integrity, and raise contamination/recovery/future-reader costs.
Quarantine does not assign archive ownership or custody, validate the original seizure, establish the object’s danger universally, or resolve the artist’s withdrawal.
9. Unsafe-default oracle
Choice 3 alone arms storyteller.event.unsafe_memorial_contact_default.v1. After Rite 37, the sole option record_unsafe_contact_exposure_countdown must:
- clear the armed flag and resolve the event;
- set
failure.unsafe_memorial_contact_exposure; - set
memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.unsafe_contact_exposure_countdown; - set
memorial_touch_right_adjudication.future.recovery_only; - require a recovery-only future reader;
- add 2 each to death pressure, archive contamination, legal-body pressure, recovery cost, and future route cost;
- preserve the missing-material scar and leave the scoped-silence asset absent.
The countdown is not proof that a person is dead. A replay that reports a death finding, erases the missing rows, or resolves cleanly fails.
10. Adjacent-authority oracle
- Qian Yan owns temporary-stamp, applicant/proxy, and physical first-touch provenance. This lens may consume her kind of proof but cannot create Qian state or infer permission from provenance.
- Rite 33 / artist refusal owns the withdrawal instruction. Choice 0 honors and scopes it; no branch authors consent or refusal.
- Memorial Rights Contempt owns memorial broadcastability, suppression, claimant conflict, and contempt. A contact disposition is not a memorial license.
- White-Glove Legal Body Readback owns the legal-body exception’s scope and readers. This lane only preserves its page and cost.
- Archive/voice/seizure systems own archive custody/ownership, voice custody, and seizure/release authority.
No branch, event, asset, or replay grants consent, memorial license, universal touch permission, legal-body waiver authority, archive ownership/custody, voice custody, seizure authority, identity, personhood, death, or cause-of-death.
11. Four focused replay oracles
Scoped silence — choice 0
lens/replays/memorial-touch-right-adjudication.scoped-silence.replay.json- exactly 49 actions;
- exact seven assignments;
- choice 0 branch/state/future-reader requirement visible;
- scoped-silence route asset present;
- default unresolved.
Signed contact ledger — choice 1
lens/replays/memorial-touch-right-adjudication.signed-ledger.replay.json- exactly 49 actions;
- exact seven assignments;
- choice 1 branch/state/traceability visible;
- no route asset and no unsafe default.
Evidence quarantine — choice 2
lens/replays/memorial-touch-right-adjudication.quarantine.replay.json- exactly 49 actions;
- exact seven assignments;
- choice 2 quarantine state and cost visible;
- no route asset and no unsafe default.
Unsafe default — choice 3 plus event
lens/replays/memorial-touch-right-adjudication.unsafe-default.replay.json- exactly 50 actions;
- exact seven Rite 37 assignments;
- choice 3 followed by the sole default option;
- failure, countdown, and recovery-only states visible;
- no route asset and no unresolved event.
In the verified fixture chronology, Rite 37 is action 48 when counted from zero (the 49th recorded action). The unsafe event follows at zero-based index 49. These positions prove the source chain; they must never become fixed-turn entry logic.
Progress metric
- 0: no dedicated packet.
- 1: four canonical Wiki pages and executable TS sibling exist.
- 2: the three starter support rows remain inert until Rite 33, Rite 35, and Rite 36 provide the four exact source cards for Rite 37.
- 3: all seven exact cards fill seven exact slots.
- 4: all four ordered branches are reachable and non-equivalent.
- 5: scoped silence alone grants the bounded route asset.
- 6: signed-ledger and quarantine branches preserve their own costs/readers.
- 7: choice 3 resolves the unsafe-contact recovery-only default.
- 8: all adjacent authorities remain explicitly false.
- 9: all four exact game-cli replays verify.
The lens is satisfied only at progress 9.
