Production Triage Desk Lens / 制作分诊台 Lens

This lens observes 制作分诊台, 制作分诊台机制, Producer License and Pressure, Broadcast Schedule, Broadcast Reality, and Route Assets and Custody.

It is observed through 制作分诊板, 制作分诊派工, and 无人派工危机默认.

Observable promise

Storyteller must prove that simultaneous crises compete for finite production capacity. The player cannot resolve every active pressure surface as a separate menu item. When two or more unresolved crisis tickets demand the same edit bay, legal bench, field runner, public queue, oxygen reserve, safehouse, sponsor bridge, security escort, or schedule lane, assigning one ticket must visibly starve, delay, default, or worsen another.

A pass requires a board card, an assignable rite, an unstaffed-default event, branch divergence, and replay evidence that a lane/handler/resource used on one ticket changes the future state of at least one unselected ticket.

Scope

This lens covers:

  • multi-crisis operational contention after any archive, oxygen, sponsor, inspector, witness, clean-ending, claimant, settlement, reality-drift, route-asset, or schedule surface creates unresolved work;
  • finite lanes: edit, legal, field, public, sponsor, oxygen, safehouse, security, and schedule;
  • exclusive or overworked handlers, followers, route assets, permits, rooms, public queues, and support sources;
  • unstaffed default actors: sponsor, inspector, archive, fan public, editor, claimant, blackout system, route asset, or contradiction;
  • future route effects: unlocked, blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, terminal, or recovery-only.

It does not cover a single crisis that has no competing lane demand.

State-triggered entry oracle

A valid replay or state inspection must open the triage desk from active crisis contention, not fixed chronology.

Minimum entry evidence:

  1. at least two active crisis tickets exist;
  2. each ticket can still change future route access, person state, proof value, broadcast reality, custody, schedule pressure, public legitimacy, or counter state;
  3. at least one finite lane is demanded by multiple tickets or already occupied;
  4. at least one handler/support source is available or explicitly absent;
  5. at least one ticket has a non-trivial default_if_unstaffed;
  6. the board is not terminally stabilized, empty, or already defaulted without recovery.

Required observable content

Board card

制作分诊板 or equivalent must record:

  • active ticket ids and source families;
  • demanded lanes for each ticket;
  • lane states: free, occupied, exhausted, scarred, or absent;
  • available handlers/supports or explicit absence;
  • assignment records;
  • default actor and default state for each ticket that can default;
  • future route effect for selected and unselected tickets.

Assignment rite

制作分诊派工 or equivalent must require:

  • board;
  • selected ticket;
  • selected lane;
  • handler or explicit absence;
  • support source or explicit absence;
  • at least one unselected ticket.

The rite cannot pass with a generic action point or famous-handler shortcut. It must consume or mark a finite lane, handler, route asset, facility, or support source.

Default event

无人派工危机默认 or equivalent must fire, resolve, or be recorded when an unworked ticket lacks credible lane/handler/support/delay.

The event must record:

  • source board and rite state;
  • unstaffed ticket;
  • demanded lanes;
  • missing inputs;
  • default actor;
  • branch family;
  • durable default state;
  • counter/state deltas;
  • blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, terminal, or recovery-only route effects.

Required durable states

A satisfying implementation must expose durable states equivalent to at least eight of:

  • production_triage_board_open
  • triage_ticket_assigned
  • triage_ticket_split
  • triage_ticket_deferred
  • triage_lane_overworked
  • ticket_unstaffed_default
  • desk_stabilized_with_debt
  • handler_burnout
  • route_asset_overexposed
  • proof_contaminated
  • schedule_lane_scarred
  • legal_lane_locked

  • black_screen_fold_from_unstaffed_ticket

Branch divergence oracle

Branch A — Focus one crisis

Expected evidence:

  • selected ticket receives full lane, handler, and support;
  • selected ticket improves, resolves, unlocks a route, or lowers a pressure;
  • selected lane becomes occupied, exhausted, scarred, or unavailable elsewhere;
  • at least one unselected ticket gains default risk, delay pressure, claimant pressure, or recovery-only cost.

Branch B — Split the bench

Expected evidence:

  • one lane or handler is divided across multiple tickets;
  • multiple tickets receive partial relief;
  • clean success is blocked unless an additional support source pays the missing cost;
  • fatigue, ambiguity, proof contamination, edit debt, legal debt, fan resentment, oxygen debt, or schedule scar rises.

Branch C — Overwork a handler or lane

Expected evidence:

  • a handler, route asset, room, public queue, or lane is assigned beyond safe capacity or against refusal/incompatibility;
  • immediate collapse may be prevented;
  • handler_burnout, route_asset_overexposed, proof_contaminated, crew_morale_loss, or equivalent appears;
  • future assignment with that handler/lane is blocked, costlier, hostile, or recovery-only.

Branch D — Buy time with a bridge

Expected evidence:

  • sponsor language, legal delay, public receipt, oxygen payout, edit mask, safehouse promise, field escort, or schedule scar delays a default;
  • the selected ticket remains visible with a next pressure state;
  • the bridge’s family gains debt: contract capture, public distrust, audit heat, oxygen debt, edit debt, safehouse debt, route exposure, or schedule scar.

Branch E — Let the unworked crisis default

Expected evidence:

  • at least one ticket receives no credible lane, handler, support, or delay;
  • default actor is recorded;
  • 无人派工危机默认 or equivalent fires;
  • future route access is blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, terminal, or recovery-only;
  • at least three counters or durable states change.

Oracle assertions

A binding check should fail unless all assertions below are true.

  1. Primary links exist — lens has populated observes and observed_through arrays pointing to concrete Storyteller pages.
  2. Entry is state-triggered — the desk opens from multi-crisis lane contention, not from a fixed turn count.
  3. At least two tickets exist — one selected crisis is not enough to satisfy the lens.
  4. Finite lane exists — at least one lane is named and stateful: edit, legal, field, public, sponsor, oxygen, safehouse, security, schedule, or equivalent.
  5. Board memory exists — the board records tickets, demanded lanes, lane states, assignments, defaults, and future route effects.
  6. Assignment consumes capacity — the rite records selected ticket, lane, handler/support or absence, and at least one unselected ticket.
  7. Opportunity cost is visible — improving one ticket changes lane state or worsens/delays/defaults another ticket.
  8. Success is not free — any branch that lowers a pressure must raise fatigue, debt, occupation, scar, exposure, distrust, audit heat, contract capture, or another cost.
  9. Unstaffed default mutates state — an unworked ticket cannot disappear; it must produce a default actor, missing inputs, branch family, deltas, and future route effect.
  10. Overwork has consequences — assigning exhausted/incompatible capacity creates burnout, proof contamination, route asset exposure, morale loss, or future blocked/costlier use.
  11. No generic action-point fallback — a generic AP spend cannot satisfy the lens unless the finite lane and opportunity cost are also recorded.
  12. Replay provenance exists — passing evidence includes seed/session id, entry state, board card, offered rite, assignments, outcomes, unselected ticket effects, event emission, and counter deltas.

Progress metric

  • 0: no multi-crisis contention.
  • 1: at least two active tickets exist.
  • 2: tickets expose demanded lanes and at least one finite overlap or occupied lane.
  • 3: at least one handler/support source is available or explicitly absent.
