This lens observes whether 高位代理覆盖复核线 and 高位代理覆盖复核机制 correctly make a fired or armed 高位代理覆盖默认 reviewable.

The lens exists because 操作员证词合议线 prevents false staff consensus before it files, but future play also needs a scarred recovery surface after a senior proxy has already overwritten the operators. A pass proves that repair is possible, costly, scoped, and replay-visible. It fails if review becomes a clean undo.
