Signal Escrow Readback Lens / 信号托管回读 Lens

This lens proves that a reality-bearing broadcast signal cannot be repaired as a clean technical toggle. When the signal is escrowed, Signal Escrow Readback must expose who holds it, who is authorized to receive it, who is excluded, what proof bridges the custody claim, and how later routes are affected.

Must pass

  1. The linked storyline, mechanism, docket card, rite, and default event exist.
  2. The docket records signal id, holder before/after, authorized reader, excluded reader, proof bridge or absence, and future route effect.
  3. The rite is state-pressure driven, not turn/day/dashboard/lens-health driven.
  4. Six branch families diverge: split public/lawful feed, sponsor warehouse rider, inspector quarantine hold, editor checksum delay, fan relay liability scar, and refusal/default.
  5. Every branch records holder state after, authorized/excluded reader state, relief, cost, future route effect, and at least three counter deltas.
  6. The false-clean default event records missing readback, hidden excluded reader, seized signal state, future recovery-only effect, and counter deltas.
  7. Lens-scoped durable replay exports show the split-feed and refusal/default branches with seed/session provenance.
